Marketplace role
Tiny2Market helps local buyers and sellers discover one another and communicate. Unless expressly stated, Tiny2Market is not a party to a transaction, does not possess or inspect items, and does not guarantee identity, quality, legality, payment, delivery, or completion.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for your content, listings, pricing, taxes, legal compliance, communications, and in-person safety. Describe items honestly, respect others, keep private information secure, and inspect goods before exchanging payment.
Prohibited use
You may not use Tiny2Market for illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, threatening, discriminatory, infringing, sexually exploitative, or unsafe activity; scrape or disrupt the service; evade enforcement; impersonate others; or offer prohibited goods listed in our Community Guidelines.
Content license
You retain ownership of your content. You grant Tiny2Market a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, format, and display it solely to operate, promote, secure, and improve the service. You represent that you have the necessary rights.
Moderation and termination
We may investigate, limit visibility, remove content, suspend accounts, preserve evidence, or cooperate with authorities when reasonably necessary to enforce these terms or protect users. You may delete your account from your profile.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent permitted by law, Tiny2Market disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for user transactions and conduct. Some jurisdictions do not allow all limitations.
Changes and contact
